For presenters

Oral Presentations

  1. Computers are NOT provided for your presentation. You must bring or arrange for your own computer for your presentation.

  2. The default ratio for projectors are16:9.

  3. Both HDMI and VGA cables will be provided.

Please leave a 3-minute question period for 15-minute presentations, or 5-minutes for presentations longer than 15 minutes.

Poster Presentations

  1. A-V equipment will not be provided for poster presentations.

  2. Poster presenters must remain at their poster during the Tuesday evening poster session.

  3. The maximum allowable poster size if 36" wide by 48" long. Posters can be smaller than these sizes, but they cannot be larger.
